Our Story
Welcome to Cueva Nica, a relaxed and friendly hostel in the heart of Granada, Nicaragua.
Founded in 2021 by local host Jessy Alonzo, who wanted to create a place that feels like home to everyone traveling through Granada, our hostel brings together travelers, families, and locals who enjoy good company and an easygoing atmosphere.
We have 5 room types, from shared dorms to private rooms, each with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our small restaurant and bar serve Nicaraguan dishes, cold drinks, and a few international favorites. Breakfast is always included.
Cueva Nica is all about feeling at home while you travel. Spend time in the courtyard, meet new people, or just unwind after exploring the city. You can also join Spanish classes with our partner Nicas ELE or book one of our tours to see more of Granada and the surroundings.
